Why do people migrate? What are the driving forces that influence people to leave?
This educator-led workshop explores the different groups that immigrated to New Zealand, how they travelled and their reasons why. Students will be encouraged to reflect and share their own family’s origins, their reasons for immigrating and their impact on the changing face of Aotearoa New Zealand.
