Daily Matariki activities: $5 per child

Make a Matariki inspired art print to take home, then head through the museum galleries on a self-guided trail to share, reflect and dive deeper into the Māori new year.

Whare Whetū | Star globe experience with Te Toki Voyaging Trust | Sat 17 July & Sun 18 July, $5 per person

Lay under a simulated night sky depicting Matariki inside a blow-up star globe and learn what the stars mean to ocean navigators from Te Toki Voyaging Trust.
