As part of Our Ocean of Islands, each participating Moana Oceania nation will host a Community Day, offering the chance to connect with the knowledge holders, artists, performers, and community members who have contributed to the exhibition.
Through hands-on activities, demonstrations, performances, talks, and storytelling, these days highlight the cultures, creativity, knowledge and ocean connections that shape Moana Oceania, and how they continue to influence life and cultural expression in Aotearoa today.
Whether you have personal connections to the region or are curious to learn more, everyone is welcome.
